Math Links

The Sumdog website has been a HIT with our class this year.  This math site allows students to practice their math from the very basic to the very advanced level.  Each student has their own personal log-in and password.  I can set the limits of what they practice and monitor their progress from my teacher page.  If they select the "Classmates" play option they will only be playing against students in their class who are also logged on (if no one is logged on they will play against the computer).  If they select the "World" option they will play against anyone in the world that is logged in to Sumdog.  The nice thing is that even if they are playing a high school student each person is answering questions that are on their level.  It's great practice and tons of fun!

Another great website is Triple A Math.  This site is divided up into different grade levels and topics.  It is nice because it provides lessons on each of the topics and unlimited practices.  It's a great way to practice what we are working on in class, review concepts from the past, and accelerate your child to higher levels.
